Murderers’ Testimony Against Connolly Wins Short Sentences


Hitman John Martorano murdered 20, Stephen Flemmi murdered 10 and Kevin Weeks was involved in 5 murders.  All killers received outrageous plea deals for their testimoney against John Connolly.  John Martorano only served 6months for each murder!  Stephen Flemmi received no death penalty!  Kevin Weeks served 6yrs for 5 murders!

Two of them were teenagers.  He was nicknamed the “Basin Street Butcher.”In exchange for Martorano’s testimony against John Connolly in May 2002, he would only serve 6 months per murder. He has been released as of March 24, 2007.

FACT: The Boston trial jury acquitted John Connolly of everything he testified to.



flemmicurrentpicStephen Flemmi:  Stephen “The Rifleman” Flemmi was the partner of James “Whitey” Bulger.  He Admitted to killing 10 people. He killed his stepdaughter and girlfriend. In exchange for Flemmi’s testimony against John Connolly, Flemmi would not receive the death penalty for murder and his jailed brother Michael Flemmi would get an early release.  Stephen Flemmi perjured himself several times.




Whitey Bulger and Kevin Weeks  Kevin Weeks: Sidekick of James “Whitey” Bulger.  Kevin Weeks admitted to participating in 5 murders. In exchange for his testimony against John Connolly in May 2002, he served 6 years. He is now free. Recent Post-Trial Proceedings show Weeks lied in his testimony. Francis_SalemmeFrank Salemme: Frank “Cadillac Frank” Salemme.  Frank Salemme was the Mafia Boss of the New England Mafia (Patriaraca).  He admitted to killing 9. In exchange for his testimoney against Connolly, Salemme was released in 2003. Recent FBI reports show Salemme admitted to a govt witness (Vella) that his testimony against Connolly was his chance to get even with Connolly. He admitted he perjured himself at Connolly’s trial and was coached by prosecutors. Salemme is back in prison. He was arrested in November 2004 for lying to prosecutors about a murder in 1993.







Witness Testimony Wins Immunity  John Morris: Admitted perjurer. John Morris was John Connolly’s supervisor. He was granted immunity in exhange for his testimony. John Morris lied under oath about accepting money.
